AllowanceGo is a budgeting and savings app designed to help families track goals, spending, saving progress, allowance and pocket money, and purchase impact.
This Privacy Policy explains how AllowanceGo handles information.
Information You Enter
AllowanceGo allows you to enter budgeting and planning information, such as:
- savings goals
- target amounts
- current savings amounts
- allowance and pocket money amounts
- outgoing amounts
- spending entries
- saving entries
- avatar choices
- app settings and preferences
- progress and goal history
This information is used only to provide the app's budgeting, savings, goal tracking, avatar, and purchase-impact features.
Local Device Storage
The budgeting and planning information you enter is stored locally on your device.
AllowanceGo does not provide user accounts, cloud sync, or a cloud database for your budgeting data.
We do not receive, upload, or store your budgeting, savings, spending, transaction, goal, or avatar information on our servers.
No Ads or Advertising Tracking
AllowanceGo does not show third-party ads.
AllowanceGo does not use Google AdMob.
AllowanceGo does not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.
AllowanceGo does not include third-party tracking for advertising, cross-app profiling, or behavioural advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Internet Connection
Some app features may use an internet connection, such as checking whether a newer app version is available or opening the app's store listing.
These features do not send your budgeting, savings, spending, transaction, goal, or avatar information to us.
Children's Privacy
AllowanceGo is intended for family use and should be used with parent or guardian supervision.
We do not collect or receive children's personal information on our servers through the app.
Information entered into the app remains stored locally on the device unless it is deleted by the user, cleared through an in-app reset or clear feature, or removed when the app is uninstalled.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the app, such as by contacting support, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
Location
AllowanceGo does not request or collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because app data is stored locally on your device, it remains on your device unless you delete it, clear app data, use an in-app reset or clear feature, or uninstall the app.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
